🐑 Ollie & Mia
Senior Sheep | Best Friends | Forever Residents
Ollie and Mia are a bonded pair of beautiful senior sheep, both 12+ years young, who now (1 January 2026) call Cranky’s FARM home.
For more than a decade, Ollie and Mia were deeply loved and carefully cared for by the same dedicated person. Sadly, when life circumstances changed, continuing to provide the level of care these seniors deserved was no longer possible. With their future uncertain, Cranky’s FARM was contacted to help ensure Ollie and Mia could enjoy the rest of their lives in safety, comfort and peace.
We welcomed them knowing we could provide a true forever home — one that understands the unique needs of ageing sheep. At Cranky’s FARM, Ollie and Mia receive species- and age-appropriate care, including tailored nutrition, careful health monitoring, appropriate shelter and gentle daily management designed to support their changing bodies and needs.
Their previous person has generously committed to assisting financially with their ongoing care, for which we are incredibly grateful. Even so, caring for senior residents comes with increased costs, particularly for feed, veterinary care and specialised management. To help meet these needs, Ollie and Mia are now available for sponsorship.

Ollie and Mia’s story is one of love, responsibility and compassion — from their first devoted carer to the community that now helps support their retirement years. We’re honoured to be part of their journey and look forward to giving them the peaceful, happy life they deserve.
