Cranky’s FARM Tour Cancellation & Refund Policy



At Cranky’s FARM, tour income is essential to caring for our 60+ rescued residents.
As a volunteer-run sanctuary with limited fundraising avenues, we kindly ask visitors
to understand the following policies.

Cancellations by Attendees

  • More than 7 days’ notice:
    Eligible for a full ticket transfer to another available tour date.
  • Less than 7 days’ notice:
    Eligible for a transfer only if another tour date has space available.
    No refunds are available for cancellations made within 7 days.
  • No-shows:
    No refunds or transfers can be offered if you do not attend your scheduled tour.

Cancellations by Cranky’s FARM

We only cancel tours in situations where it is unsafe or impossible to proceed – for example,
dangerous weather, emergency resident care needs, or conditions that would compromise visitor
or animal welfare.

If Cranky’s FARM must cancel a tour, attendees will be provided:

  • A coupon worth 80% of their original ticket price, which can be used
    to book into a future tour.

This policy helps ensure we can continue providing feed, veterinary care, shelter and
ongoing support for the residents who rely on us every day.

Transfers

  • Transfer requests must be submitted via email.
  • Transfers are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Why These Policies Exist

Every tour is an important fundraiser that allows us to:

  • Feed and medically care for our residents
  • Maintain safe enclosures and shelters
  • Provide enrichment, supplements, rugs, hoof care and emergency treatment
  • Continue taking in animals who need rescue

Last-minute cancellations and lost tour income have a real impact on the animals we care for,
