My name is Stuart.
I am an 11 month old Angus x Santa Gertrudis steer. I have lived with my friend Bruno since I was born. The people who were looking after us said they could no longer afford to keep us because of the drought. They said we had to find a new home or end up in the freezer.
The people from Cranky’s FARM heard about us and that we needed a new home so they asked a whole lot of people if they would be willing to help take care of us and it turns out a lot of people were happy to help.
Now we are just waiting until Friday, 5 September when we will be going on a truck which will take us to Cranky’s FARM where we will meet our new family and finally be home safe.
On Saturday, 20 October we finally made it to Cranky’s FARM. Now we are safe and happy and loving life in our new home.
