My name is Freckles, I am an 8 month old Speckled Park steer.
I live at a farm with my friend Bill who was advertised for sale as a “JERSEY STEER – FILL YOUR FREEZER FOR XMAS”!
My fate would have been similar to Bill’s had the people at Cranky’s FARM not seen Bill’s advertisement, contacted the farm we live at and offer to give us a new, forever, free home.
I arrived at Cranky’s FARM with Bill on the 25th of October 2019.
I spent a whole day in the Cranky holding pen with Bell where we could safely get to know our new family. We were let out to mingle the next day and we felt at home immediately.
They say I will eat around $180 worth of food a month.
