Our Favourite Places Raffle Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket in the Our Favourite Places Raffle, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Promoter:
    This raffle is conducted by Cranky’s FARM Animal Rescue Mission Ltd (Cranky’s FARM) of 1150 Mt Mee Road, Mount Mee Qld 4521.
  2. Eligibility:
    Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.
  3. Ticket Sales:
    Tickets are sold online only. Each valid ticket purchase constitutes one entry into the draw.
    All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
  4. Raffle Period:
    Ticket sales open on Saturday, 28 March 2026 and close at 4:30pm on Saturday, 25 April 2026, unless sold out earlier.
  5. Draw Details:
    The raffle will be drawn at 5:00pm (AEST) on Saturday 25 April 2026.
    The draw will take place at Cranky’s FARM.
  6. The Prize:
    The prize consists of $250 AUD to be allocated by the winner across a number of nominated “favourite places” as determined by the promoter.

    • The prize will be provided in the form of vouchers, gift cards, or store credits.
    • The winner may choose how to allocate the total prize amount across the available participating businesses.
    • No cash alternative will be offered.
    • Any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited and is not redeemable for cash.
  7. Winner Notification:
    The winner will be contacted using the details provided at the time of entry and may also be announced via the promoter’s social media channels.
    If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a redraw may take place.
  8. Use of Prize:
    Use of vouchers or credits is subject to the terms and conditions of the individual participating businesses.
  9. Liability:
    The promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of accepting or using the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
  10. Fundraising Purpose:
    Proceeds from this raffle support the ongoing care and welfare of animals at the sanctuary.
  11. Regulatory Compliance:
    This raffle is conducted in accordance with applicable Queensland laws and regulations.
