Unfortunately, we do not accept members onto the Cranky's FARM Board if they do not follow a vegan lifestyle. Should you, at any time in the future, adopt a vegan lifestyle and still have interest in joining the Cranky's FARM Board, you may then continue to submit your interest in joining the Board.What motivated you to stop using and/or consuming animal products?It is very important to the Cranky’s FARM Board that all members are vegan and remain vegan whilst on the Board. The majority of sponsors, donors and supporters of Cranky’s FARM are vegan. Cranky’s FARM and the Board members are active within, and known throughout, the vegan community. It would be extremely disrespectful to the Cranky’s FARM residents, the other Board members and irreparably damaging to Cranky’s FARM’s reputation among the vegan community, if a Board member ceased being vegan. Damage to Cranky’s FARM’s reputation could have long lasting financial consequences that would impact the care of the residents and the ability of Cranky’s FARM to save more lives. Certain behaviour may cause damage to Cranky’s FARM's reputation and may have long lasting financial consequences that would impact the care of the residents and Cranky's FARM's ability to save more lives. Cranky's FARM has a Code of Conduct (CoC). The CoC covers, but is not be limited to, general behaviour, social media behaviour, political campaining and advocacy. The Cranky's FARM Code of Conduct is currently under development.
